What this site does

VO2max.io provides static fitness calculators and guides. You do not need an account.

Data we process

  • Calculator inputs: processed in your browser. Optional preferences (method, units, age/sex) may be stored in localStorage on your device only.
  • Server logs: standard hosting/CDN request logs (IP, user-agent, URL, timestamps) may be processed by Cloudflare for security and reliability.
  • Email: if you write to us, we process the content to reply.
  • Ads: AdSense or similar ad tags may be added later. Those third parties have their own privacy policies. Placeholder slots on this MVP do not load ad networks yet. We do not currently run affiliate product blocks.

Legal basis & retention

Where GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for operating a secure website and on consent where required for non-essential cookies/ads. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
